Please note that our services are limited to cleaning and maintaining residential and commercial dryer vents. We do not provide services repairs for pellet stoves or gas logs. While we make every effort to identify potential hazards and damage during our inspections, we cannot guarantee that our services will prevent all dryer vent-related issues. We are not responsible for any damages or losses that result from the use of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Buring our business hours of Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Sundays 12:00 PM to 6 PM When you contact us, please provide us with your name, address, and contact information, as well as a description of the services you require. We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Let's all work together busy Season is fierce for scheduling so If you need to cancel or reschedule the day of your appointment once it has been confirmed already, we may charge a cancellation fee of $25.00 to reschedule.

We offer competitive pricing for our services, and our pricing structure is based on the specific services you require and the size and type of your dryer vent system. To receive an accurate estimate, please contact us with your address and a description of the services you require. Payment is due at the time of service, and we accept cash, check, and major credit cards as forms of payment all disputes through any form of payments will be enforced through legal actions unless settled though arbitrary conditions through us first. We take charge-backs, and bad checks very serious.

To ensure timely and quality service, all appointments made through us will receive a confirmation check - mostly by giving a call back check-in call / we all know that e-mail communication is not always reliable, so (It is your responsibility to please leave us a working phone number as well to confirm all appointments are confirmed a day ahead of scheduled date, if we have not confirmed your scheduled appointment it would be a GREAT idea to call us 817-205-2072 just to be sure something on our end wasn't missed this we truly do appreciate. Missed jobs due to unconfirmed appointments will need to be reset though our office so do-so quickly as to not to be re-scheduled to far out during our busy season. (SEPTEMBER through JANUARY very HECTIC) We suggest to always think ahead and schedule during our non-busy months as to receive a desired date and time most suitable to your scheduling.
